Light a Candle
Throughout his life, my Grandpa was a social worker, pastor, missionary, and farmer. He was very involved in his church and started a missionary organization named Trinity Community Aid Network. He and Grandma have a school in Uganda named after them, and have helped sponsor many children through TCAN. My Grandpa was not perfect, but he was a kind, gentle person who was very caring and always seemed to know what to say! He had an amazing sense of humor, even up to his last few days of life. He had a strong faith in God, even throughout his illness. He left a legacy that I am proud to carry on.
